🐾 Where are your products shipped from?
We work with a variety of trusted suppliers around the world to bring you unique and affordable pet products. This allows us to offer a wide range of items that may be shipped from different global locations, depending on the product.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the item ordered. Most orders are delivered within 7–21 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your item is on its way.
🐾 Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
To get your items to you as quickly as possible, we may ship products individually from different suppliers. This means you might receive parts of your order on different days.
🐾 Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes! We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery. A 5% restocking fee applies, and shipping is non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition.
